We offer natural, NZ deer treats and remedies for cats and dogs as well as advice on caring for your pets.

We believe that pets enjoy and benefit from variety in their diet.

Nearly 100% of dogs and most cats get very excited about our products. Perhaps they know how good they are for them!

Deer species provide natural food items for cats and dogs, being common prey for our pets’ wild relatives and ancestors.

Our deer tonics are based on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and are achieving excellent results for health and mobility in cats and dogs. And pets think they are treats!

Happypet is managed by Dr Jo Pollard (BSc (Hons), PhD), an animal behaviour scientist with 18 years’ research experience.

 

Jo established Happypet in 2005 having found that deer products were excellent health tonics for her pets and that they were also extremely  keen on venison treats. She firmly believes that for pets just as for people, variety in the diet is essential for enjoyment and health.
